Vintage 1930s Sheer Organdy Organza Dress with Ruffled Collar

Vintage 1930s Sheer Organdy Organza Dress. Bias cut, maxi length, ruffled collar. The dress has center pleats at the bodice with two bows. There are smocking details at the shoulders and elastic sleeve cuffs. The dress is unlined; you'll need to wear a slip underneath. It has snaps at the side, and a hook & eye closure at the center back.
The dress is in beautiful vintage condition for its age; it is wearable and has no tears. The dress does have slight underarm stains. I've tried a soak with Retro Clean and Dawn, but have not tried spot cleaning the stains directly.

26" waist (this is the measurements across the garment, but because of the snaps,
this dress is best for a 25" waist

You must be able to slip this dress over your head. The measurements are a little deceiving; the dress seems bigger than it actually is. This dress is best for a XS/S.
