VAR Bike Universal swivel fork clamp REF 927 A ( France)

Description

An estate find: a vintage new old stock VAR Bike ( Bicycle ) Universal swivel fork clamp REF 927 A ( France). I was told  It’s never been used  just been sitting in storage for years.  It looks to be in good condition other than a few small blemishes -surface rust marks on the small bar with handle that locks. It looks like it’s made in France . On one side of the locking lever says tire lever close. Other side says some else. It has some weight to it.  I’m don’t know much about this other than what I was told.
