WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. We do not charge any restocking fee. 2. Warranty on the transmission starts from receiving date. 3. Electronics, seals, and accessories are NOT covered. ONLY internal mechanical parts. 4. RECOMMENDED: CHANGE THE EXTERNAL SEALS BEFORE INSTALLATION TO AVOID LEAKAGE  5. Warranty does not cover shipping, Labour, Replacement or Other costs. 6. The transmission must be installed by a certified mechanic. 7. IMPORTANT: USE ONLY VEHICLE MAKER SPECIFIC GEAR OIL (FROM HONDA, MAZDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN, SUBARU AND MITSUBISHI DEALERS)  8. All our transmissions coming out of running cars. We do not sell any defective transmission. 9. In case of any malfunction please call us for help (grinding, shaking, not moving etc�)  10. If this transmission needs any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back, We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS). 11. Warranty of any Seized or Blown transmission by the customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation, leakage or any other reason is void. 12. Shipping charges are not refundable as well as returning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer. 13. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back to our warehouse. 14. If damage occurs during shipping you must fill out a report at the time of delivery with the driver and file a claim with the shipping company.

If your package is damaged when it arrives to you please file a claim with the shipping company immediately.
If the engine arrives in any other position than on its oil pan please have the driver note it for you so in the event of a claim there is documentation.
