    With the introduction of the TREMEC TKX transmission the 5-speed manual transmission has never been easier to fit in your muscle car or hot rod. At Speedway Motors we want to help your installation so we put together the complete driveline package. The driveline package includes the TKX 5-Speed manual transmission, Ford Quicktime steel bellhousing, Ram Clutches hydraulic release bearing, Ram Clutches 11 inch clutch set with pressure plate, and ARP hardware. It also includes your choice of lightweight flywheels either 24.6 lb with a 28 oz removable weight or a 24.6 lb with a 50 oz removable weight.
    TREMEC TKX 5-Speed Manual Transmission
    For the development of the new transmission, TREMEC engineers took a forward-looking approach to finding the best and most efficient solution. This included universal packaging, excellent shifting performance, and extreme durability. The end result is superior shift-ability with smooth shifts at high RPMs through the use of multi-cone synchronizers and hybrid synchronizer rings. At the same time, noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance is optimized with a gear layout to best control stress levels, while providing structural stiffness with a ribbed, 3-piece aluminum housing. Durability is further optimized with oversized gear widths, gaskets at all flanges and caged needle bearings in all gear positions.
    Quick Time Ford 289-351W Steel Bellhousing
    The Quick Time RM-6063 bellhousing connects Small Block Ford 289/302/351C/351W Engines to Ford toploader, Borg Warner T10, and Tremec TKO 500/600 transmissions. This bellhousing is S.F.I. 6.1 certified which is required by many sanctioning bodies for cars running 11.49 or faster in the quarter mile. This bellhousing is a universal fit bellhousing and is not vehicle specific. The Quick Time bellhousings are produced using a unique spin forming process which results in a very high strength material. This high material strength allows the Quick Time bellhousings to be light weight while maintaining the protection you desire.

    Don't sacrifice your acceleration due to a heavy flywheel. This lightweight flywheel has 157 tooth count for 302/351W Ford applications.  Choose 28 oz or 50 oz removable weight. Will work with stock clutch disc.
    Ram Clutches Musclecar Clutch Set, Ford 11 Inch
    Musclecar clutch sets are an affordable upgrade from a stock replacement unit, most popular for restoration applications where a slightly better unit is required. Musclecar sets include a higher clamp load pressure plate along with a premium quality 5 or 6 spring double spring hub organic disc. The higher clamp load addresses the higher torque produced by many earlier muscle cars and yet retains a very smooth engagement for low speed driving and cruising. These sets are also ideal for mild bolt on cars that will only see street driving. Sets include pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, and alignment tool unless otherwise noted.

HD versions offer the utmost in durability and long life over factory hydraulic systems. Full adjustability means easy setup with most any aftermarket clutch and transmission, single or multiple disc. RAM hydraulic bearings offer an efficient method of setting up a clutch release system in street, restoration, and resto-mods.
