1930s Pink Champagne Sleeveless Dress with Bolero and Belt As Is But Fixable

For your consideration is this gorgeous 1930s dress set in pink champagne (more pink than the first two photos show) satin. While this beauty is being sold as is due to considerable damage along the hemline, it is most definitely fixable. This would make a stunning wedding dress for the bride who wants an alternative to white.
Condition: Fair vintage condition. The main issue is all the holes along the hemline, with the front having the most damage. To fix this, create a new hemline by cutting off the damaged areas. There is a very small hole in the satin where the ribbon makes a loop. This could easily be mended. Some of the seams are popped and need resewn. The dress could use a dry cleaning. It smells of old perfume. The original belt and bolero are in excellent condition.
