This item has 90 Day Warranty (after receiving item) starting from the day you receive it / POD date (Proof of Delivery JDMEnginepro DOES NOT cover shipping charges for any defective items (initial shipping charges are not refundable either)
Refunds or Replacements will only be issued once we have the item returned for inspection.
We do not offer any sort of Labor warranty in any case with no exceptions.
Items must be returned with ALL the parts that were included when sent. Any items removed will be added up and charged to the customer in the event of a refund

If your package is damaged when it arrives to you please file a claim with the shipping company immediately.
If the engine arrives in any other position than on its oil pan please have the driver note it for you so in the event of a claim there is documentation.
We will not be responsible for customers who do not read the entire auction!

The add-on parts on the engine sold by Japan Star Motor Inc are left attached for testing purpose only, for your convenience and are free of charge. The purchase price represents the cost of the long block only (i.e. cylinder head and short block only). All items are sold for off-road use only. Customer acknowledges and comprehends that products or services sold to customer by Japan Star Motor Inc are not intended for street or highway use, or for use where otherwise prohibited by law. Buyer must determine compatibility into his or her vehicle and proper maintenance and procedures that would it would entail to make a product compliant for his / her use.
All external parts attached to the engines e.g intake, exhaust, manifolds, distributor, starter, emission, devices, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, All wear and tear parts (e.g. timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
